Covering a wedding is very fulfilling. It’s always an honor being trusted by the couple to document the start of their long journey together. This one is different though, me and the groom were classmates in kindergarten… barkada since HS and not to mention ninong to my daughter. I can say that I know JC more & definitely much longer than Che knows him (just some secrets that we only knew, hehe!) just kidding.

JC & Che have long wanted to have a church wedding even before they had their civil ceremony. But they have to forego their plans to focus first on their bright little boy JM(you’ll see more of him in the video). When JC told me that he would like me to cover their wedding, I was so happy not because of the money that he will pay me after, but for the happiness that finally their dream wedding will finally be a reality.

After every wedding it is very heartwarming that couples appreciate our work. We will only get married once that’s why we always have to do our very best to make this once in a lifetime moment to be truly memorable. So why not make JC & Che’s wedding a day to remember by making not just 1 onsite video but 2.

ERWIN + REA | SAVE THE DATE

wedding day – December 5, 2009

I work less than 5mins away from THE COCONUT PALACE for 8years now and I haven’t been or seen the place. I was totally amazed by the beautiful view of the manila bay and was really so excited to see the sunset(we had the perfect sight said the people there). But no thanks to typhoon SANTI, the perfect sunset would not come.

Erwin & Rea were also excited, although quite nervous that the shoot would not push through due to bad weather. The couple were shy at first not being used to the roll & flash of the cameras, but after some poses and some kulitan they were already comfortable with the shoot.

Just learned their song choice while talking to Erwin, while Rea was still being set by the makeup artist. Have no idea to the lyrics & melody. The moment I heard the song, I fell in love with it right away. The song was a perfect fit for the couple, you can feel the love that they have for each other. Here is their save the date & I bet you’ll have a last song syndrome.
